To qualify for the Webland Visionz warranty, your KIS Suite must have been purchased from Webland Klinic or an accredited dealer. The package of your product must have the Webland Visionz logo and seal of authentication. When unsure about your product, you can call or SMS the Webland Klinic hotline with your products serial number

Also, it is important that:

• You have an original Operating System installed, registered and activated.
• Your Operating System must be set to receive updates.
• You update your KIS online regularly (at least once a week).
• Scan your system at least once a month.
